Viva Gala Bengaluru 2026: Bringing Customer Connections Beyond the App

Viva Gala Bengaluru 2026: Bringing Customer Connections Beyond the App

Highlights:

  • Viva Gala Bengaluru 2026 brought 42 Viva Money customers and their plus-ones together, creating a space to connect beyond the digital experience.
  • Real conversations took centre stage, giving customers a chance to share their experiences, expectations, and suggestions directly with the Viva Money team.
  • Viva Gala is about more than an event. It reflects Viva Money’s focus on listening to customers and using their feedback to strengthen the overall customer experience.

Most of our conversations with financial brands now happen through a screen.

We apply online, complete verification digitally, make payments through an app, and contact support through our phones. It has made financial services much easier to access.

But some conversations are simply better in person.

That is the idea behind Viva Gala, a customer engagement initiative by Viva Money that brings customers and the people behind the brand together in the same room.

On 25 July 2026, Viva Gala returned to Bengaluru for its latest edition. The event brought together 42 customers and their plus-ones for an evening of appreciation, meaningful conversations, and community building.

How is Viva Money Building Stronger Customer Connections?

Viva Gala was introduced in 2025 as a way for Viva Money to connect with customers beyond just the app.

Since then, the event has made its way across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and now back in Bengaluru.

The idea is simple. Instead of seeing customers only through applications, transactions, feedback forms, or even support conversations, Viva Gala creates a space where the team can meet them face-to-face.

Customers can talk freely about what worked, what didn’t, share suggestions, and discuss what they expect from a digital lending platform.

For Viva Money, these exchanges give something that even the cleanest numbers on a dashboard cannot quite show: the story behind the customer experience.

An Evening Built Around Conversations

The Bengaluru edition was not planned like a formal financial event.

Customers attended with spouses, parents, siblings, children, and friends, which gave the evening a relaxed and personal feel.

Throughout the evening, customers took part in interactive activities that encouraged conversations and helped them connect with one another. Customers also participated in storytelling and networking sessions, while the Best Story and Best Review awards recognised some of the experiences shared during the event.

Between these activities came conversations about money, careers, financial goals, borrowing experiences, and everyday life.

Customers also spoke about their experience with Viva Money and shared suggestions about the product.

These discussions gave the team a chance to understand what works well for customers and where their experience can become better.

Listening Beyond Feedback Forms

Digital platforms can collect plenty of feedback. Ratings, surveys, and customer support conversations all help companies understand what users think.

But sitting across the table from someone can lead to a very different conversation.

A customer may explain why they needed funds at a particular point in their life. Someone else may talk about a feature they find useful or an area they would like to see improved.

These small details add context to customer feedback.

As Vishal Jain, Head of Marketing at Viva Money, explained during the initiative, products and features can be replicated, but genuine customer relationships take time to build. For Viva Money, customer experience continues beyond disbursal through opportunities to listen, learn and improve.

That thinking is at the centre of Viva Gala.

Why Human Connection Matters in Digital Lending?

The fintech industry has changed how people access financial services.

Processes that once required paperwork and branch visits can now happen digitally. Speed and convenience have naturally become important parts of the experience.

But technology is only one side of the relationship.

Customers also want clear communication, support when they need it, and the confidence that the company they are dealing with understands their needs.

That makes listening especially important.

Meeting customers in person gives teams an opportunity to ask questions, hear concerns, and understand the everyday situations behind financial decisions.

It also reminds us of something easy to forget in a digital business: behind every application or transaction is a real person with their own plans, responsibilities, and priorities.

Taking Viva Gala to More Customers

The Bengaluru edition marked the fourth Viva Gala and the second time the event was hosted in the city.

As Viva Money continues to grow, the plan is to take Viva Gala to more cities and create more opportunities for the team to meet customers face-to-face.

Because building a digital financial platform is not only about making processes faster.

It is also about understanding the people using them.

Viva Gala Bengaluru 2026 was one more opportunity to do exactly that, bringing customers and the Viva Money team together, turning feedback into conversations and strengthening relationships beyond the app.
